Position Title: Consumer Research Analyst

Reporting to: Consumer Experience AMERA manager

Department/ Function: Consumer Experience

Position summary:
The objectives of this role are to:
– build and conduct tests to evaluate consumer’s benefits of new concepts through R&D prototypes
– develop and characterize a R&D database of consumers.

Scope of Business/Function:
Key areas of expertise:
– Optometry: eye refraction and spectacle lens dispensing
– Consumer Research

Specific Work Activities:
– Draft tests protocol, create questionnaires and all relevant documents required to run the tests
– Conduct tests, by insuring relevancy and quality of data
– Analyze data, draft technical report and communicate (written and oral)
